This is the best ios platformer by a significant margin. The controls are great and everything works right. Not too easy not too hard, but fun to replay all the same.

This is an old school style game. We could really use more games like this. Good job guys!

There should at least be a town to walk around because that will make this game over the top. Like add a small village with different shops and stuff. Please do this, and your game will be noted as #1 on the AppStore. From a gamers perspective, adding a small village will complete the game giving it that good feeling.

Would recommend a hundred times over. With new free level packs STILL being released over a year after the initial release, its a gift that keeps on giving. Quality levels and gameplay, however, the game is a bit easy, even for a casual gamer.

I have about 5 pages worth of games, and yet I play this one 10x more than any other. It is just that good. I find the levels to be very challenging and the crystals/chests to be strategically placed. It makes you think. The animation is 10/10 and the theme is just awesome, It sort of plays like MegaMan but medieval style and way better. And the boss battles are so cool! Cherry on top. Tons of weapon, armor, and relic upgrades. Replay value to 100% the game is off the charts. Hoping the developers make a second installment soon. Ill pay whatever you want lol (just dont add in-app purchases, they arent needed). Thank you for making such a quality game, it clearly was crafted with great care and skill and it shows.

I have completed every mission in goblin sword and it was worth every penny! Levels are fun and challenging and have hidden chests that encourages the player to re-play levels. Although I would like it if armor had more or a purpose, the variety of weapons and relics more than makes up for it. If this game intrigues you the slittiest, I would highly recommend it.

Game was amazing until the last update now it crashes all the time

This game is a reminder of just how great iPhone games -- and games in general -- can and should be. It takes tried and true mechanics from Super Mario Brothers and Castlevania, and meshes them wonderfully to a touch scheme that doesnt feel clunky or cumbersome. Get it!!

I rarely leave reviews due to laziness, but I cant say enough good things about Goblin Sword. And every time I beat a level and forget about it, theres an update with new levels and weapons. It continues to impress. For $2 you cant go wrong. The controls are tight, the levels are challenging but not impossible, and the graphics are old school but polished. Its easily one of, if not the best, platformers on iOS.

This is one of the best iOS games that I have ever played. Everything about it is great: the music, the gameplay, the characters, and the fascination of finding new loot. These elements made me want to keep playing the game more and more. I reccomend it to everyone! Especially if you are a Zelda fan, you will love this.

I have been playing this game from the start. I have unlocked everything from the armor to the swords. I deleted the app because I basically beat the levels. I came back seeing if it would save my game, it didnt! So this update said it would save your game back so i tried logging in didnt work, truly disappointing. They even added more items and I can barely achieve them. I just want my game back!

I have played so much until I found all the relics, weapons, and armor. I love the variety of enemies and the new levels, its all just perfect! Cant wait for new updates that adds new things of course! However, with all the great things something doesnt properly work. Im my case its iCloud, I have the beaten game on my iPod and would like to transfer it to my iPhone but neither iCloud options work. There should be a button that loads the data to iCloud so then I would be able to download it.

Not difficult to play, feels well made. Great job, inexpensive, worth the money!

So I achieved my game back, at least I thought I did. My worlds saved but none of my armor, weapons, or relics. This makes my incapable to beat the high levels. I am left with no materials to play,beat, or enjoy the game. I just want my stuff back. Please take this review into consideration!

Awesome side scrolling action, Cool Weapons, and BEST of all... NO IN APP PURCHASES!!!!!! Even if you die you keep 1/2 of the coins you get which is needed to get those GODLIKE weapons!

Works like a classic with Logitech game pad. Excellent artwork and graphics. All hail Goblin Sword!!!! I cant put it down:). Would buy more levels or sequel without a doubt!

An epic one of a kind adventure platform game. Ive enjoyed the entire story so far. Nothing wrong, just a few tips... 1:Make upcoming levels harder, enemies with make health capacitating over 160 2:Maybe continue the story 3:Never give up, you have fans out there rooting you on! Beautiful sprites, well placed treasures, scaling difficulty. Truly fantastic. Great in quick bursts or an extended play session.

There is something about this game that just screams to the teenager in me. The controls are simple, yet very responsive. The game will ask you to complete platforming puzzles as you hack and slash goblins, spiders,trolls, skeletons, and even witches, back to the grave. I would recommend this game to anyone who is looking for a worth-while purchase, they really deliver on content! Best platforming game for iPhone for sure
